What if I do not receive my tickets by the time of the event?
Your tickets are guaranteed to arrive in time for the event, regardless of the delivery method that you are provided when placing your order.
If, for any reason, your seller is unable to deliver the tickets in time for the event, a refund will be coordinated with the ticket seller.
What if I am unable to gain entry to my event?
In the unlikely event that you are unable to gain entry to the event, please request a written letter from the venue on approved letterhead. The letter must state that there was an issue with scanning the tickets and, therefore, entry was refused. A simple, identifiable email from the venue may also be used.
This proof is then used to secure the refund from the ticket seller. Please note: Written or stamped "voids" on tickets will not qualify as verified proof.
Are the tickets I purchase guaranteed to be for the exact seating I am purchasing?
Your seating will be the same as, equal to, or better than what is requested in your order.
All of the sellers listed on the TicketsFromTheWeb.com marketplace are required to provide tickets for the the exact seating advertised, or better.
In the event that there is any change in seating in terms of the section and row listed on your ticket order, the seller is required to contact you and confirm the substitution they are offering.

What happens if my event gets cancelled?
You will receive a refund for your order if the event you purchased tickets for gets cancelled.
We will coordinate the refund (excluding delivery fees) with the ticket seller. In some cases, the ticket seller will require you to return the tickets before a refund is issued.
