Where the heck is Jeff?!?! | ![]() |
Don't know Jeff? If you just stumbled upon this page, it really isn't intended for you. Of course, you're more than welcome to read it, and you might learn something more about us, but this page is really intended for our longtime clients.
Throughout the years, I've had the pleasure of getting to know many of my clients rather well. To say "I appreciate my clients" is rather clichéd. But those of you who have gotten to know me over time know just how grateful I am for the opportunity to do this for a living. To be able to support my family while working from my home and building this business has literally been a dream come true. To say "I appreciate my clients" is an understatement. You have given me opportunities I never would have had otherwise.
I have been able to be here when my children come home from school through their earliest years. I have been able to be here for sick days, I have made soccer games and school events many dads miss. I have been able to give my family a home to grow up in. Those of you who know me know that these are the things important at my core.
Of course, I have also had the opportunity to attend countless live events, meet players and musicians, and meet so many of my clients at events under the cloak of "work"!
To say "I appreciate my clients" is too easy to say. I am grateful for the opportunities my clients have provided beyond words. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your support and encouragement.
Unfortunately, the past couple of years have been particularly hard on business, and the time has come for this guy to find employment. Its simply not a choice, its a necessity. As I approach the next chapters in life and business, it is with a combination of great fear of the unknown, great optimism for the future, and great appreciation for the past. Many friends and family have reacted to the news apologetically. And, as I have told them, there is nothing to be sorry about. Although I wish it could last forever, its been a fantastic run. Most people will never enjoy the success I have enjoyed from the comforts of their home. Most people will never enjoy the seats I've enjoyed, and the spoils associated with my work.
So where is Jeff?!?!
I have found working doing route sales for a major New England bread company. Its not as glamorous as my TicketsFromTheWeb work, but it pays the bills, allows me to work independently, and allows me to remain actively involved with my family.
TicketsFromTheWeb.com is obviously still alive and well! I still own the site and I ultimately still benefit from and appreciate your business. Because I can no longer stay in my office to answer your calls, fill the orders, follow up on shipping, and all of the other things you expect from me, I have turned the customer service of my site over to a 3rd party, TicketNetwork. TicketNetwork is an industry leader you and I can both count on to handle your orders.
Your order will ultimately be processed and filled by the supplier who owns the tickets you are ordering. If you are ordering tickets I own, I'll be filling the order. However, most orders will not fit that description, particularly as I liquidate most of my inventory.
I hope you'll continue to use TicketsFromTheWeb.com to order your seats.
I am still behind the site, and I value your loyalty, even if now distanced.
I've truly enjoyed talking with, meeting, and otherwise working with my clients. I have never once taken a client for granted.
I'd still love to hear from you! My emails are now auto-forwarded to a fulfillment center for the old email address most of you know. But if you'd like to say hello, you can use the address below! I won't be able to help with orders and such, but I always enjoy hearing from my friends!
