TicketsFromTheWeb.com is a professional
ticket agency in New Hampshire.
We are privately owned and are not affiliated with TicketMaster, or any
other box office, team, or promoter. Our tickets are generally
sold above face value, sometimes significantly more. We are not a
box office, we are a ticket broker.
TicketsFromTheWeb.com is proud to sponsor the
Meadowbrook U.S. Cellular Pavilion, the
Manchester Monarchs, and the
New Hampshire Fisher Cats.
However, those relationships are not intended as endorsements of
TicketsFromTheWeb.com. Each has their own box office at which you
may have the opportunity to purchase tickets at face value. Please
contact their box offices if the seats we offer do not meet your needs.
TicketsFromTheWeb.com reserves the right to refuse any
order, for any reason. |
|
At TicketsFromTheWeb.com, we are committed to customer
service. We welcome any comments or questions you may have.
Please feel free to give us a call at 800-210-9887 or use our
Contact Us page to send us an email! |

Office Hours:
Our normal office hours are
Monday-Friday: 9:00am - 5:00pm, Eastern Standard Time
Saturday: 10:00am - 1:00pm, Eastern Standard Time
While we make every effort to be in our office and
available to serve our clients within those hours, please remember that
we are family owned. Therefore, we cannot guarantee
availability during those hours. If your event is occurring within
48 hours, please give us a call to confirm your order. |
|
Prices and availability:
TicketsFromTheWeb.com works with hundreds of industry professionals to
offer our clients the widest possible selection at the most competitive
prices. While every effort is made to assure freshness of
inventory, our website is not necessarily in "real time". Placing
an order on our website is a request, not a guarantee of availability.
Upon receiving your order, we will immediately (during business hours)
get to work processing your order and securing your seats. We will
email you a confirmation once complete.
Should the tickets you order not be available, we will contact you to
discuss alternatives. It is imperative that you provide us a phone
number where we can reach you. In most cases, the tickets which
appear on our site are available, and at the prices displayed.
However, because our tickets are one of a kind items, and are sold at
"market value", as opposed to a set "face value", some markets can be
very volatile, particularly a major event such as the
Super Bowl. Every effort will be
made to fill your order exactly as you order it, any necessary changes,
whether in price or seating, will be discussed with the client first.
Your order is a commitment to buy. Once we process your credit
card, we can not cancel your order. Please be absolutely certain
of your order prior to placing it.
All prices are in US Dollars, regardless of the
location of the event or buyer. |
|
Payment Options:
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. We
also accept payment by PayPal, please see our
PayPal page for specific instructions
on this payment method.
Because of the fast moving and time sensitive nature
of the tickets we offer, we are unable to accept cash or checks.
However, we will be glad to sell you a gift certificate with payment by
mail, which you could then use to purchase tickets from the inventory
available after you have received your gift certificate.
The billing address on file with the credit card you
use must match the shipping address on your order. |
|
Shipping Policy:
All of our tickets are shipped by FedEx. All shipments must go to the name
and address on file with your credit card. A signature is required on all
deliveries. The buyer accepts responsibility for packages left by FedEx if
you waive the signature, including signature waivers on file with FedEx.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to choose a shipping option appropriate for
your delivery needs. TicketsFromTheWeb.com reserves the right to upgrade your
shipping and adjust the pricing accordingly if you choose a shipping method
which will not assure your tickets will arrive in time for your event.
Because all packages require a signature, the buyer has the responsibility to
assure someone is at the destination to sign for the tickets. FedEx will
return the package to us after a few unsuccessful attempts. In this case,
the buyer will need to pay return shipping and re-shipping charges.
The shipping option you choose indicates how your tickets
will ship, not necessarily when they will ship (i.e.
"2-day FedEx" is a delivery service offered by FedEx, not necessarily an
indication of their in-stock status). When in stock, our tickets
generally ship within 1 business day. However, some events may not
ship until closer to the event, based on the shipping practices of the
original box office. You will receive an e-mail containing your shipping
status as soon as we confirm your order. In most cases
when time allows, it is our policy to print and ship tickets originally
purchased as
TicketFast tickets. This policy
is in the interest of security for both our clients and our company.
In cases where TicketFast Tickets are emailed to the client, our
responsibility for delivery is met when TicketsFromTheWeb.com emails the
appropriate file to the address supplied by the client.
Responsibility for receipt of the email is solely that of the
client, including failure by the clients email service provider,
misdirection to spam folders, and incorrectly supplied email addresses. |
|
Privacy Policy:
Our privacy policy is very simple.
TicketsFromTheWeb.com will not sell, rent, or provide your information
to anyone not directly connected to the sale. Those directly
connected to the sale are our suppliers with whom we must share your
shipping information and banking institutions with which we process your
credit card payments. We will not call you for solicitation
purposes. And we very rarely market by email in any capacity.
Simply put, our Privacy Policy is a Policy of Privacy.
We view your business as a privilege, and will treat your
information as such.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges:
We’re sorry, but due to the nature of our business we can not accept returns of any kind for any reason, unless and event is cancelled. This policy is industry-wide, it is unlikely you will find any broker who can be flexible on this policy. We ask that you please be absolutely sure of what you are buying and for when.
Unless an event is cancelled, there will be absolutely no refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason.
As is the industry standard, all sales are absolutely final, except in some rare circumstances noted below. Please be absolutely certain that you can attend the event you are buying, as we cannot exchange or refund your tickets. Once you buy them, you own them.
If your event is cancelled, we will provide a full refund for your tickets, less shipping. In such cases, you will be required to return the tickets to us within 10 business days. Lineup (performer) changes do not constitute a cancelled event. The entire event must be cancelled to qualify for a refund.
Un-played playoff games count as cancelled events and are eligible for full refunds! So feel comfortable buying those game 7 tickets, if the series ends in 6, you get your money back (less shipping).
If your event is postponed, your tickets will still be valid for the makeup date, in all but very rare cases. No refunds will be issued for postponed events.
Again, we’re sorry, but the suppliers from whom we buy our tickets will
not accept them back from us, it’s the nature of the beast.

Lost or Stolen Tickets:
The buyer assumes all responsibility for tickets upon receipt. Because
tickets are one-of-a-kind items, lost or stolen tickets can't be replaced
under any circumstances. |
|
Liability:
By purchasing tickets from TicketsFromTheWeb.com, you agree not to hold us
or any of our partners or affiliates liable, in any way, for any injuries or
losses occurred as a result of attending any event. Further, any liability
for failure to deliver tickets is limited to purchase price only. |
